Depression is an physical illness cause by an chemical imbalance in the brain. You can't think your way out of it and people like you make me so angry.<br /><br />If it was simply a case of thinking positive thoughts I would have whipped it years ago. It isn't. It doesn't matter how many positive thoughts and affirmations you have it doesn't magically make Depression go away.<br /><br />Why don't you go tell a brain cancer patient it's all their fault and they can think it away? Because that is what you are doing here.<br /><br />Clearly you don't understand the nature of the beast.
